2. Which cookies do we use?
2.1 Necessary and functional cookies
These are essential for the site to work and are set without prior consent. WordPress and WooCommerce use session and shopping-cart cookies (for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_*) so that your cart contents and checkout step are kept. Logged-in users also receive the WordPress login cookies. WP Super Cache, the caching solution we use to speed up the site, does not set any cookies itself.
2.2 Consent cookie
Complianz, our consent banner solution, stores your choice in a separate cookie (cmplz_*) so that the banner is not shown again on every visit. This cookie contains no personal data.
2.3 Statistics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-X7WHQMVG1Y) to see which pages are visited and how the online shop is performing. Analytics is loaded only after you have accepted statistics cookies — there is no tracking before you consent.
2.4 Payment service
When you pay for an order, we redirect you to the environment of our payment service Montonio. Montonio sets its own cookies to process the payment securely; they are necessary to complete the payment and are created only during checkout.
