Terms and Conditions of Service

Please review the terms and conditions of service of Goldman&Sons (SilverBridge OÜ, registry code 16705694, address: Harju county, Tallinn, Kesklinna district, J. Vilmsi tn 47, 10115, hereinafter the Seller) on the website www.goldmansons.ee (hereinafter the Online Store). The buyer of goods is any person who places an order through the Online Store (hereinafter the Customer).

1. Placing an Order

1.1. Orders submitted through the Goldman&Sons online store are treated as the Customer’s binding declaration of intent to purchase the products specified in the order at the stated price. By confirming the order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.2. After completing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation and payment instructions. The sales contract is deemed concluded and the order becomes binding from the moment the Customer’s payment has been received in the Seller’s bank account.

1.3. Under the contract, the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods under the agreed conditions, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods at the agreed time and in the agreed manner.

1.4. Before confirming the order, all costs associated with the goods are displayed to the Customer in the shopping cart, except for third-party charges such as bank service fees, currency conversion fees, etc., payable by the Customer.

1.5. Transactions of up to EUR 10,000 can be made through the online store. For larger orders, please contact us by phone at +372 55593740 or by email at goldmansons@proton.me.

2. Payments and Prices

2.1. Payment for ordered products and delivery can be made by bank transfer or bank link.

2.2. All prices displayed in the Seller’s online store are in euros (EUR).

2.3. Payment must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order.

2.4. For taxable products, the final price including 24% VAT is displayed on the website. Investment gold coins and bars are VAT-exempt in the Republic of Estonia.

2.5. Delivery costs are presented separately from product prices.

3. Order Cancellation

3.1. The Customer has the right to cancel the order before making payment.

3.2. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if payment has not been received within the timeframe specified in these terms and conditions.

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the order and rescind the contract if the product price or availability is incorrectly displayed in the online store due to a technical error, human mistake, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The Seller also has the right to cancel the order if fulfilment becomes impossible due to supply difficulties or a significant change in market conditions. In such cases, the Seller shall refund the amount paid by the Customer and is not obligated to deliver the goods at the conditions displayed in the online store.

4. Returns and Buyback

4.1. Investment gold, silver, and other precious metals are global monetary market instruments whose prices depend on market fluctuations independent of the Seller’s activities. In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)(1prim), the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to such products.

4.2. The Seller will buy back precious metals from the Customer based on the current buyback price list and/or by mutual agreement between the parties.

5. Delivery

5.1. Goods are delivered through Omniva, DPD, SmartPost, or the SilverBridge pickup point.

5.2. To ensure security, the Customer’s identity is verified upon delivery. When receiving the goods, the Customer must:

  • Present a valid identity document to the courier or delivery agent;
  • Allow the courier or agent to photograph the identity document;
  • Confirm receipt of the goods with a digital signature (Smart ID or Mobile ID) or a handwritten signature on the goods handover document.

The purpose of these procedures is to ensure that the goods are handed over to the correct person and to prevent potential misuse.

5.3. All shipments are insured. If goods are lost or damaged during transport, the Seller reserves the right to decide whether to reship the product or refund the Customer.

5.4. The delivery service fee is clearly displayed to the Customer before order confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All logos, texts, images, and software on this website are intellectual property belonging to the Seller. Any use or distribution of the logos, texts, images, and software on this website is permitted only with the Seller’s consent.

7. Processing of Personal Data

7.1. The Seller is responsible for the processing of personal data provided with the Customer’s consent, collecting such data only to the extent necessary for the provision of services and the fulfilment of legal requirements.

7.2. The Seller shall not disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, except where the Customer has given consent, where it is necessary for delivery of goods, or in cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Seller has the right to amend the terms and conditions of service without prior notice. The terms and conditions shall take effect upon their publication on the online store at
www.goldmansons.ee.

8.2. Complaints are resolved in accordance with good business practice and the Consumer Protection Act.
