GOLDMANSONS PRIVACY POLICY<\/h1>\n

\n These Personal Data Processing Terms (hereinafter Terms<\/strong>) describe the procedures by which SilverBridge O\u00dc processes Personal Data. These Terms apply when the Customer uses, has used, or intends to use SilverBridge O\u00dc services, or is otherwise connected to the services provided by SilverBridge O\u00dc, including relationships with the Customer established before these Terms came into effect. If you wish to exercise your rights as a data subject, please contact SilverBridge O\u00dc as described in Section 10 of these Terms.\n<\/p>\n

Definitions<\/h2>\n

\n Customer:<\/strong> any natural or legal person who uses, has used, or has expressed a wish to use the services offered by SilverBridge O\u00dc. A Customer may also be a person otherwise connected to the use of services, as well as a person who has any relationship with SilverBridge O\u00dc that arose before these Terms came into effect.\n<\/p>\n

\n Personal Data:<\/strong> any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the Customer.\n<\/p>\n

\n Processing of Personal Data:<\/strong> any action or set of actions performed on Personal Data, including collection, recording, registration, storage, modification, organisation, granting of access, transmission, use, anonymisation, and deletion. Actions may or may not be performed by automated means.\n<\/p>\n

\n Data Controller:<\/strong> SilverBridge O\u00dc (registry code 16221673), located at J. Vilmsi tn 47, Tallinn (hereinafter also referred to as SilverBridge).\n<\/p>\n

\n Data Processor:<\/strong> any person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.\n<\/p>\n

\n Recipient:<\/strong> any person, including public authorities or other bodies, to whom SilverBridge O\u00dc is entitled to disclose Personal Data. The categories of recipients are listed in these Terms.\n<\/p>\n

\n EU \/ EEA:<\/strong> European Union \/ European Economic Area.\n<\/p>\n

\n Services:<\/strong> all services, including consultations and product sales, provided by SilverBridge O\u00dc to the Customer through its website www.goldmansons.ee<\/a>, by telephone, email, or other channels.\n<\/p>\n

\n Legislation:<\/strong> legislation applicable to SilverBridge O\u00dc, relating primarily to anti-money laundering, economic activity, data protection, taxation, accounting, payment services, trade secrets, and financial activities.\n<\/p>\n

General Provisions<\/h2>\n

\n 2.1.<\/strong> These Terms describe how SilverBridge O\u00dc processes Personal Data. In addition to these Terms, information related to the processing of Personal Data may be described in contracts concluded with cooperation partners, other service-related documents, and on the SilverBridge O\u00dc website www.goldmansons.ee<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n

\n 2.2.<\/strong> In accordance with applicable legislation, SilverBridge O\u00dc ensures the confidentiality of Personal Data during processing and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, unlawful processing or disclosure, accidental loss, modification, or destruction. SilverBridge O\u00dc processes Personal Data only on the legal bases specified by law.\n<\/p>\n

\n 2.3.<\/strong> SilverBridge O\u00dc has the right to engage third parties (Data Processors) in the processing of Personal Data. In such cases, SilverBridge O\u00dc takes all necessary measures to ensure that such processors process Personal Data in accordance with SilverBridge O\u00dc’s instructions and applicable legislation, including the implementation of appropriate security measures.\n<\/p>\n

Communication data<\/span><\/td>\nData obtained from or contained in messages sent by the Customer, email correspondence, or telephone communications<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Residence and citizenship data<\/span><\/td>\nInformation on country of residence, taxpayer status, citizenship, and country of birth<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Service-related data<\/span><\/td>\nPerformance or non-performance of concluded agreements, completed transactions, use of payment methods, concluded and rejected transactions, submitted applications, requests, and complaints<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
